Occasionally we will have a store-wide clearance sale. Our volume of orders during this time increases significantly, especially within the first couple of days. Please be patient and expect up to 7- 10 business days processing time, sometimes more. Please be mindful of the drastically reduced prices and being a small business, we cannot simply employ hundreds of staff to make packing times faster, therefore there will be a wait time. However, this is worth it.
Orders CANNOT be amended once placed. Due to the large volume of orders we receive , in order to keep things flowing and reduce stock errors, or someone else missing out, please ensure you choose carefully, triple check your order prior to checking out. No orders will be refunded or amended once placed.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their discount code has been effective during the checkout process. You can do this by checking your order summary prior to completing your purchase. We do apologise, but we cannot refund, amend or reimburse you for discounts not correctly applied. Please again, take your time and check your order.
Sales or promotions that occur are strictly only valid for the allocated time frame. We cannot refund purchases prior, or after.
Discount codes are not valid with any store credits you hold, or other discount codes.
Due to the current rise in postage costs, delays and risks (internationally), we have had to change our shipping prices slightly, and only offer express for international. Please note: Due to the quality of our garments, they can be extremely heavy. Offering a flat postage rate is the cheapest option for our customers, as it does unfortunately cost us a lot more to send our products.

Please note: express shipping refers to the time when your order has been picked up by our courier. Please allow 2-3 business days, at most , in the occasional case longer, for busier sale periods and holidays, for processing and packing orders.
Express post parcels in Australia, still can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery (depending on location). We are not responsible for delays in postage.
Please expect longer than normal processing and delivery times over busy holiday seasons.
Please note: once your order is in the hands of the postal system, we have no control over delays, so should delivery be held up, please be patient with us, and contact your local postal system for further information on your tracking. We can only give you the information provided on your tracking.
As you can imagine, we could not possibly track each and every one of your packages once they leave. Once you are sent your tracking, it is your responsibility to follow this, and ensure you are available at time of delivery, and / or available to collect from your post office if no one is home to collect it.
Please use your tracking provided and always contact your local postal service with your tracking for any updates.
Australia post – contact for domestic orders (follow your tracking link or give them a call)
International orders – Once your order hits your country, your local postal service is who you can refer to. EG. United states (USPS). You will get more accurate updates via using your local system.
Please note: Tide Seeker does not issue refunds if parcels are late , or have been sent back because they have been failed to be collected. It is up to the receiver to ensure they have stated the correct delivery address and are available for the delivery of the parcel or contacted their local post office to arrange pickup. If several attempts have been made and the item is sent back, the receiver is responsible for postage charges back to them. Refunds are not applicable on postage or items costs. International packages sent back, will incur a further $25 postage fee to be resent.
Please ensure you check your tracking before sending through inquiries, due to the volume of orders we deal with we cannot assist with all tracking inquiries or know exactly when a parcel will arrive. This can be tracked through your tracking link.
If your packaging is open or damaged upon receipt, the receiver is required to take this up with the postal system IMMEDIATELY, to ensure they are correctly compensated. We are not liable for damaged packages, or missing items if the correct procedure is not followed.
Please check duties applicable in your country. Whilst this is not always the case, we cannot guarantee that charges are not applied for some orders over your countries threshold. Tide Seeker is not liable for duties, this is the responsibility of the purchaser, and should you refuse to accept a parcel due to duties owed and it is sent back, we will not offer refunds, and will hold the parcel for 30 days only once sent back, after this time it will be destroyed.
Canada has a very low threshold for imports. Whilst this is not always the case, duties may be applicable, and must be paid by the receiver prior to your shipment being released. IF duties are not paid, and the postal service has not been able to make contact, your parcel will be sent back / destroyed.
Tide Seeker is not liable for parcels that need to be re-delivered, or that are destroyed due to duties not paid by the receiver. To avoid this happening, please ensure you have your phone number and email correct when purchasing.
